ABOUT ELITES ULTIMATE
WHAT TO EXPECT
We create a positive and inclusive environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and treated with respect. Integrity, gender equity, fair play, community, and Spirit of the Game guide how our players and coaches compete.
MORE THAN 12 YEARS OF SUCCESS
Since the program began, Elites teams have competed successfully at the provincial and national levels. Athletes benefit from experienced coaching, structured development, and a clear pathway from learning the sport to competing at a high level.
COACHING
Our experienced coaches teach throwing, catching, movement, decision-making, teamwork, and game strategy through age-appropriate practices and competition. They challenge athletes to improve while creating an environment where every player feels supported and respected.
LIFE LESSONS THROUGH SPORT
Spirit of the Game teaches athletes to compete with integrity, communicate respectfully, and take responsibility for fair play. These lessons help players become stronger teammates and leaders on and off the field.
A PATHWAY TO HIGH-LEVEL COMPETITION
Athletes can progress from introductory programs to developmental and competitive teams as their skills and goals grow. Elites alumni have gone on to represent Team Canada and play for leading club and professional teams, including GOAT, the 6ixers, and the Toronto Rush.
A STRONG TEAM COMMUNITY
Players train, compete, travel, and grow alongside their teammates. Many leave the program with close friendships and memories that continue well beyond the season.
